Description
We are looking for a passionate pizza chef (m/f/d) for our restaurant, 9ers Pizza in Mösern-Seefeld, who can prepare authentic pizzas with skill and attention to detail. You will be responsible for making the dough, preparing fresh ingredients, and baking our pizzas using both traditional and modern recipes.
You work in an organized and clean manner and maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations. You are a team player, reliable, and have a strong commitment to quality. Ideally, you already have experience as a pizza chef or in the restaurant industry. Following the relaunch of the business in December 2025 (initially offering only delivery and takeout), we now plan to introduce dine-in service and enhance the experience with events.

Requirements
- Experience in making Neapolitan pizza, ideally as a pizzaiolo or in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation (including dough handling and resting times)
- Proficiency in operating a pizza oven (wood-fired oven)
- An eye for quality, freshness, and appealing food presentation
- A structured, clean, and self-reliant work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient even in stressful situations
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
- Regular schedule since opening hours are fixed
