Description
- Assist and stand in for the head chef in all organizational and operational matters
- Independently managing the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
- Preparing dishes as part of our Tyrolean gourmet board and à la carte menu
- Helping to design and further develop our menu
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Guiding and motivating the kitchen team, as well as assisting with the training of apprentices
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position
- Creativity and a passion for regional and high-quality cuisine
- Ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, and strong organizational skills
- Independent and structured work style
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility
