Stv. Service Manager (m/f/d)
with main responsibilities in the areas of confectionery, events, VIBE Bistro

Your area of responsibility:
- Smooth workflow at a high level and outstanding guest service at the Warmbaderhof*****
- Responsibility for coordination between the service department and our events department
- independent coordination of the F&B areas pastry shop, banquet and VIBE Bistro
- deputy responsibility for all operational and administrative processes
- Deputizing for the restaurant management in their absence
- Reception, placement and advice of guests as well as ward management
- Discussing responsibility processes with the restaurant manager and the service team in all service-specific specialist areas
- Wine and beverage service, maintenance of the wine list and wine stock in close cooperation with the restaurant manager and the purchasing department
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the assigned work area
Your profile:
- completed training as a restaurant or hotel specialist
- Professional experience in service or in a comparable position in the upscale hotel and catering industry
- initial management experience desirable
- high guest, service and team orientation
- very good knowledge of German and English - Italian an advantage
- friendly and well-groomed appearance
- ability to work independently and under pressure
- perfect manners
- Commitment and reliability
- Pleasure in dealing with our discerning guests
- Knowledge of the HACCP guidelines
- Knowledge of the Delegate/Novacom merchandise and cash register system is an advantage
