Service Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated employee (m/f/d) to join our service teamat Orgler's Restaurant in beautiful Kaprun.

Your responsibilities: 

• Professional and warm service for our guests to ensure an excellent dining experience
• Properly taking orders and professionally serving food and beverages
• Independent billing and confident use of point-of-sale systems (for positions involving collections)
• Consistent adherence to and implementation of hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP)

Your Profile:

• A friendly, professional, and confident demeanor, even in lively situations
• A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but we also welcome career changers who are passionate about customer service
• Proper Use of Point-of-Sale Systems and Billing (for positions involving collections)
• Proficiency in German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
