Your Responsibilities

• Service-oriented and attentive— Personalized and professional care for our guests—from arrival to departure
• Share insider knowledge— advice on places to visit, hikes, and activities in the region—you know the best hidden gems
• Effective Phone Sales - Handling Reservation Inquiries and Active Phone Sales
• Customized Offers - Creating personalized offers for unforgettable stays
• Organized and reliable— : Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented— preparing invoices and carefully processing payments

Your Profile

• Passionate about what you do— you approach your work with enthusiasm and ensure unforgettable guest experiences
• Team Player - You enjoy working as part of a team and adapt flexibly to changing tasks
• Reliable and dedicated —guests and colleagues can always count on you
• Strong communication skills —Excellent written and spoken German and English—knowledge of other languages is a plus
