Description
We are a 4* vacation hotel in the Salzburger Sportwelt and are looking for an apprentice restaurant specialist to join our team by arrangement.
Requirements
To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed and service-oriented personalities from December as
Trainee restaurant specialist(m|w|d).
Together with our service team, you will be responsible for the half-board restaurant (250 seats), the à la carte restaurant (50 seats), our sun terrace and our hotel bar. The team consists of approx. 15 employees, including other trainees and interns.
Your profile:
- Enjoy contact with people
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Basic knowledge of English
Interest in gastronomy
Your tasks:
- Taking food and drink orders
- Assist guests with the selection of food and drinks
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing food at the table or buffet
- Setting and decorating tables
