Restaurant specialist (m/f)

The Hotel Post Ischgl is a two-season business—the winter season runs from late November to early May, and the summer season runs from mid-June to mid-October (six days a week in each season).

Our hotel has a capacity of over 90 rooms, allowing us to accommodate up to 210 guests in our double and single rooms, apartments, and suites during peak periods.

We are looking for a restaurant manager for the hotel restaurant. You will be responsible for 18 employees in winter and 12 employees in summer, as well as for the duty rosters, work schedules, the entire service process, guest care, creating the table plan, and training the apprentices in service. Requirements:
