Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d)

The Hotel Post Ischgl is a two-season establishment—the winter season runs from late November to early May, and the summer season from mid-June to mid-October (six days a week during each season).

Our hotel has a capacity of over 90 rooms, which means we can accommodate up to 210 guests in our double and single rooms, apartments, and suites during peak periods.

We are looking for a restaurant manager for the hotel restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for 18 staff members in the winter and 12 in the summer, as well as for scheduling, assigning tasks, overseeing the entire service process, attending to guests, creating the seating chart, and training service apprentices.
