During your apprenticeship with us at the Jägerwirt you will work mainly in our hotel dining room, in the restaurant Pinsa e Vino, in the kitchen, at the hotel bar and occasionally also in our hut and benefit from the many opportunities and varied tasks in our business.
Due to the diverse training you will be optimally prepared for a career in the F&B sector.

- Serving in theory and practice
- Installation
- Introduction to the kitchen and commodities
- Enrollment in the main areas:
Breakfast, cold cuisine, soups, fish, meat, patisserie
- Warehouse work and warehouse management
- Wine education, cocktails & other drinks
