We are the largest 4 star resort in the center of Hinterglemm, right next to the Reiterkogelbahn. Our house has 85 fully equipped apartments, 3 penthouses and 8 suites.

Our pleasure floor ALTITUDE attracts with 2 restaurants and 2 bars. In the ALTITUDE GRILL we serve our guests steaks, burgers and much more à la carte. In the ALTITUDE BUFFET, our kitchen team prepares a varied themed buffet every day.

The ALTITUDE BAR offers a spectacular view over Hinterglemm as well as a large selection of gin, champagne and sophisticated cocktails.

The 1000 m² ADLER SPA offers an indoor and outdoor pool, 3 saunas and 3 steam baths, cozy relaxation areas and a great view. Children can let off steam in the Kids Club or watch an exciting movie in the children's cinema.

Our guests also have access to our own VIP ski rental powered by Rabbit Sports.

Receptionist at the ADLER RESORTSbe the first smile that welcomes our guests to the ALDER.

Your tasks- Check-in & check-out of guests- Guest care and information transfer- Accounting for guests- Issuing ski passes (winter) or Joker Cards (summer)- Designing menu cards, morning post, etc.- Compliance with our quality and service standards

Your strengths:

- Able to respond to guests with heart and empathy - A passion for the highest level of service- Communicative- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position- Completed training in tourism or hospitality- Precision with attention to detail- Sense of responsibility, reliability and hands-on mentality- Effective and efficient way of working- Good team player- Flexibility- Very good German and English skills
