In the ALTITUDE BUFFET our kitchen team prepares a varied themed buffet every day. The ALTITUDE BAR offers a spectacular view over Hinterglemm and a large selection of gins, champagne and fine cocktails.

Chef de Rang in the ALTITUDE BUFFET

Your tasks:

In the ALTITUDE BUFFET Restaurant you will look after our national and international guests with warmth and individual service.

- To look after our guests with empathy and outstanding "service with a smile".

- Creating #ADLERMoments for our guests that will be remembered for a long time.

- ensuring a smooth service process

- Advise guests on the buffet and beverage selection

- Taking, preparing and serving drink orders

- Serve guests at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet

- Operate, set up and dismantle buffet station

- Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant and service process

- Cleaning and maintenance work
