We are looking for a qualified and motivated **receptionist** ( m/f/d) for our AlpenParks Apartment & Holiday Resort Rehrenberg in beautiful Viehhofen .

Your responsibilities

• Service-oriented and attentive— : Personal and professional care for our guests from arrival to departure
• Advice for our guests— recommendations on places to visit, hikes, and activities in the region; we know all the best hidden gems
• Strong Sales Skills Over the Phone - Handling Reservation Inquiries and Active Telemarketing
• Create Customized Packages - Create tailored packages for unforgettable stays
• Organized and reliable - Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented— preparing invoices and carefully processing payments

Your Profile

• Passionate about what you do— you approach your work with enthusiasm and create unforgettable experiences for guests
• Team player - You enjoy working in a team and adapt flexibly to changing tasks
• Reliable and dedicated —guests and colleagues can always count on you
• Strong communication skills – Excellent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
