Requirements
Inspire our guests in the premium segment. Have you completed commercial or tourism training and ideally have professional experience at reception? Do you love dealing with people, do you enjoy working in a team and do you have an overview of the day-to-day processes? You enjoy fulfilling requests, thinking ahead and solving problems and delight our discerning guests with friendliness, warmth and competence. Further education and training are important to you, you have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills, are resilient, flexible and work accurately? Your tasks: - Customer-oriented guest reception and guest care - Processing of daily reservation requests and correspondence - Smooth flow of information as part of service handovers - Communication between the front office area and other departments in the hotel - Support of sales promotion measures
