Requirements
Delight our guests with Goldberg’s exquisite cuisine! You’re a great fit for us if you’ve completed your training and have already had the opportunity to hone your skills in fine dining or as a pastry chef. You’re creative, and you value working with high-quality ingredients. You can work independently but still enjoy collaborating with others. And if you love to constantly develop your skills. Your responsibilities: • Preparation and creation of high-quality desserts • Preparation of pastries, hot desserts, cakes, and tarts • Development of dishes within your area of responsibility • Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
