We are a vacation home sharing community. Together, we own 56 resorts with over 5,000 vacation homes in popular destinations across Europe—by the sea, in the mountains, or in cities. Why? The Hapimag Resort in Sonnleitn, Austria, is nestled amidst the mountains of the Carnic Alps at an elevation of 1,400 meters in the Nassfeld region. Austrian hospitality is synonymous with warmth and friendliness, and for us, it’s second nature. With our 109 vacation apartments, the Almstüberl restaurant, an on-site mini-shop, playrooms for children and teens, an indoor pool, and a small wellness area, we bring a touch of vacation bliss to our guests. For this resort, we are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to serve as a Receptionist (m/f/d) for the 2026 summer season. Your responsibilities: ~ Guest correspondence & reservation processing ~ Check-in / Check-out ~ Handling guest complaints ~ Assisting & advising our guests during their stay ~ Independent cash register management during your shift ~ Handling hotel correspondence ~ Preparing guest information and the weekly program
Requirements
You should have: ~ Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry ~ At least 1 year of experience ~ Very good German and good English skills ~ Knowledge of Italian is a plus
