The Hapimag Resort in Sonnleitn/Austria is located in the middle of the mountains of the Carnic Alps at an altitude of 1400m in the Nassfeld region. Austrian hospitality stands for warmth and friendliness and is a matter of course for us. With our 111 vacation apartments, the Almstüberl restaurant, an in-house mini-shop, children's playrooms, indoor pool and small wellness area, we bring a piece of vacation happiness to our guests. Your tasks: ~ Guest correspondence & reservation acceptance ~ Check-In / Check-Out ~ Handling of guest complaints ~ Support & advice of our guests during their stay ~ Independent cash desk management during the shift ~ Handling of hotel correspondence ~ Creation of customer information and weekly program
