Description
The Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld is a modern design hotel for active vacationers and sporty families and is located directly at the valley station of the Millennium Express. 144 rooms, including 54 family rooms, offer plenty of space. All rooms have a spacious Sport Space, where all sports equipment can be conveniently stored.
For our front office team, we are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for the 2024 summer season from the end of May who is up for a new challenge and wants to take on responsibility.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Independent management of the shift
- Check-in and check-out as well as maintaining intensive guest contact
- Arrival and departure preparations
- Checking accounts and preparing reports
- Room allocation for optimal processes
- Accepting and processing reservations
- Concierge activities
- Guest relations and complaint handling
- Answering internal and external telephone calls
- Representation of the night audit
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel industry or have professional experience in a comparable position
- Opera knowledge is an advantage
- You have a good knowledge of all common MS - Office programs
- You have a strong organizational talent and a structured way of working
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, other languages (CZ/SK/HR) are an advantage
- You have a passion and enjoy helping our guests with all their needs
