Description
The Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld is a modern design hotel for active vacationers and sporty families and is located directly at the valley station of the Millennium Express. 144 rooms, including 54 family rooms, offer plenty of space. All rooms have a spacious Sport Space, where all sports equipment can be conveniently stored.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our kitchen team for the 2024 summer season from June, who is up for a new challenge and wants to take on responsibility.

- Ensuring continuous quality assurance, high product quality and economical use of goods
- Preparing and serving food in the various kitchen stations
- Preparation and coordination of the kitchen stations
- Support with planning and costing in the kitchen area
- Receiving and storing goods
- Supporting and assisting the sous chef in various matters
- Active support in the training and further education of employees
- Compliance with our quality standards, as well as the legal occupational health and safety and hygiene regulations are of course also included
Requirements
- You have completed training as a chef and have professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry, preferably in the vacation hotel industry
- In addition to a passion for cooking, you have a creative approach to ingredients and new recipes
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
- You have very good planning and coordination skills as well as good time management skills
- You like to take on responsibility, work cost-consciously and are not afraid of challenges
- Teamwork and good communication are a matter of course for you and are encouraged by you
- You enjoy direct contact with guests
