- Check-in & check-out of our guests
- Support and advice during the stay
- Processing reservations & inquiries (email, telephone, online)
- Close cooperation with housekeeping and management
- Guest communication in German & English
Your profile:
- Experience at reception or in the hotel industry is an advantage
- Friendly appearance, organizational talent & team spirit
- Good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage)
- Enjoy dealing with international guests
Confident handling of Casablanca hotel software (or willingness to learn it)
