Your main responsibilities:

✔ Guest check-in and check-out

✔ Responding to inquiries by phone

✔ Receiving feedback and forwarding it to the appropriate departments 

✔ Creating quotes and processing reservation requests

✔ Assisting guests in the building

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Have you completed vocational training or attended a hotel management school?

✔ Do you have a very good command of German?

✔ Are you very good at speaking and writing English?

✔ Do you already have experience with hotel software?

✔ Do you work neatly and with dedication?
