Description
We are a home away from home in the mountains—not only for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-time employees work together to create a positive work environment.
For the winter season, we’re looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our hotel restaurant.
- Providing support in all areas and at all stations
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes
- Coordinating and ensuring that operations run smoothly
- Careful and responsible handling of food and various ingredients
- Adherence to and enforcement of operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Ideally, professional experience in a comparable position in the (upscale) hotel and restaurant industry
- Good command of English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and with motivation; willingness to learn
- Ability to handle pressure, reliability, and the ability to work well with others
