Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an elevation of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality of the highest standard. With 100 guest rooms and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team , we’re looking for a receptionist.
Full-time | 6-day workweek | Winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm welcome and personalized service to our guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Processing reservations and inquiries
- Providing expert information about the hotel and the region
- Professional handling of guest requests and complaints
- Close collaboration with all departments
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism industry
- Ideally, some initial work experience at the front desk
- Enjoy working with people and providing genuine hospitality
- Friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and with a sense of responsibility
- Organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in German and English for spoken and written communication; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications; knowledge of hotel software is a plus
