YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Services & Assistance
• Creating and managing quotes
• Professional email communication with guests and partners
• Accounting and Payment Processing
• Guest check-in and check-out, as well as reservation management
• Assistance with organizing events and handling special requests as part of the weekly program
• Providing information about local attractions and activities
• We welcome any ideas for improving the front office
• High levels of creativity and innovation for the company
• Wish-granting person

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training or experience in the hotel or service industry
• Excellent communication skills in German and proficiency in English are required 
• A warm and professional demeanor
• Ability to work well with others and a strong commitment to customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with TAC and Protel
• A strong willingness to take on responsibility and serve as a role model, as well as the ability to work independently
• You love your job
