Requirements
Your Responsibilities Our most important task is to ensure our guests have an unforgettable vacation. Welcoming guests: As receptionists, we are the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for our guests. Assisting guests: Providing helpful advice on sightseeing tips and various information about the region. Check-in and check-out: Processing inquiries and creating suitable offers via SmartHost; booking rooms via Elite and sending reservation confirmations via SmartHost. Accurate and independent work is essential, and a sense of responsibility is also required. Your Profile: You have completed training as a hotel specialist and have already gained experience at the front desk. Are you linguistically gifted and fluent in German and English, as well as other languages, both spoken and written? If you impress with a confident, self-assured demeanor and good manners, and can motivate yourself, are punctual, responsible, and reliable, then you’re in the right place on our team!
