Description
- Responsibilities in the room assignment
- Full responsibility for emails
- Accounting (invoice verification, ski pass verification, Lech Card verification, fishing permits, etc.)
- Check-in and check-out control (checking guest bills before each departure)
- Task allocation (checklist)
- Preparing guest folders
- Checking brochures/promotional materials in the building
- Order at the front desk
- Housekeeping and maintenance lists must always be checked
- Complaint management (conditional)
- Computer programs:
- Reservation system, ASA, support
- Monitor implementation
- Questionnaire evaluation: updating and translation
- Preparation of daily lists for the service, housekeeping, and kitchen departments, as well as the Lecher Stube restaurant, café, and bar
- Reception support
- Reception management and information desk
- On-site guest support
- Foreign languages: English + one additional foreign language is a plus
- Processing all guest correspondence in German, English, Italian, and French
- Booking rooms in the room plan and maintaining the guest file in the ASA hotel program
- Answering phone calls
- Check-in / Check-out
- Issuing ski passes and summer passes
- Providing on-site guest support with information—hotel, mountain railways, lifts, town
- Maintaining the morning newsletter and various internal hotel event programs, as well as menu cards (translations into English)
- Handling seminar bookings
- Actively promoting the hotel to walk-in guests
- Acting in a guest-oriented manner

Requirements
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a professional and warm first impression of our hotel. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the front office and provide service-oriented care for our international guests throughout their stay.
Experience

English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
ASA jHOTEL (Basic knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
