You are the first smile our guests see—and the last one they remember. With your open, warm personality, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
Your responsibilities include welcoming and assisting our guests, handling check-in and check-out, and providing support with any questions or concerns. You stand out for your organizational skills, friendliness, and a knack for connecting with people.
The Alpines Gourmet Hotel Montanara is a family-run 4-star hotel located right on the slopes in Flachau. We combine Alpine warmth with a stylish ambiance, excellent cuisine, and a genuine passion for hospitality—so that our guests feel completely at home.

Requirements
We have the following requirements for our receptionist(s): * A warm smile * A passion for the job and for interacting with guests and colleagues * A friendly and professional demeanor * Experience in a reception role * Computer skills * A strong sense of responsibility (accuracy, punctuality, etc.) * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Fluent in German and very good English skills
