Your tasks
- Professional reception, looking after and saying goodbye to our guests
- Processing reservations, check-in & check-out
- Telephone and email correspondence in German and English
- Close cooperation with all departments (service, kitchen, housekeeping, management)
- Advising guests on offers at the hotel and in the region
- Coordination of our housekeeping team
Requirements
- Completed training or experience in the hotel industry an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (Italian an advantage)
- Friendly appearance, strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Enjoyment of direct guest contact and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with hotel software an advantage
