Tasks:
- Professional check-in and check-out of our international guests
- Support and advice during the stay - friendly, competent and personal
- Processing reservations, guest correspondence and invoicing
- Answering the phone and providing information on offers, services and activities in the hotel and the region
- Collaboration with housekeeping, concierge, service and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining guest data and ensuring a well-maintained reception area
- Implementing and monitoring the standards of a 5-star superior hotel
Requirements
- a corresponding school education (Matura) or completed HGA apprenticeship
- relevant experience in the upscale hotel industry
- You are open, friendly and have a positive charisma
- You enjoy working with international guests
- German as your mother tongue
- very good knowledge of English (other foreign languages an advantage)
- You are a team player
- You work independently
- You are motivated and committed
