Responsibilities:
- Professional check-in and check-out of our international guests
- Support and advice during the stay – friendly, competent, and personalized
- Processing reservations, guest correspondence, and billing
- Answering the phone and providing information about offers, services, and activities at the hotel and in the region
- Collaborating with housekeeping, concierge, service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining guest records and ensuring a well-maintained reception area
- Implementation and monitoring of the standards of a 5-star superior hotel
Requirements
- A relevant high school education (Matura) or a completed HGA apprenticeship
- Relevant experience in the upscale hospitality industry
- You are open, friendly, and have a positive demeanor
- You enjoy working with international guests
- German as a native language or German proficiency at a native level
- Very good English skills (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus)
- You are a team player
- You work independently
- You are motivated and dedicated
