Description
- Creating and editing quotes, as well as processing reservations
- Posting of deposits and processing of cancellation fees
- Maintaining and managing room rates in the system
- Creating and calculating package deals and customized offers
- Professional handling of customer complaints and grievances
- Close collaboration with the front office
- Supporting the reservations manager and, in the future, taking on deputy responsibilities
Requirements
- Several years of experience in reservations, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry
- Ideally, knowledge of Re:Guest and Gastrodat
- Strong numerical skills and business acumen
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a strong service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience
2 Jahre Work experience

German C1 (advanced knowledge)
English B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
