Reservations Agent with the opportunity to advance to Assistant Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

Description
- Creating and editing quotes, as well as processing reservations
- Posting of deposits and processing of cancellation fees
- Maintaining and managing room rates in the system
- Creating and calculating packages and customized offers
- Professional handling of customer complaints and grievances
- Close collaboration with the front office
- Supporting the reservations manager and, in the future, taking on deputy duties
Requirements
- Several years of experience in reservations, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry
- Ideally, knowledge of Re:Guest and Gastrodat
- Strong numerical skills and business acumen
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a strong service orientation
- Independent, structured work style
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
