Tasks
- Food Preparation and Plating
- Working with Fresh and Seasonal Ingredients
- Learning various cooking techniques and preparation methods
- Assisting with the preparation and cleanup of daily kitchen operations
- Creative involvement in designing menus and food menus
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Monitoring and proper storage of food
- Collaborating with the entire kitchen team
- Gaining familiarity with various kitchen areas and workflows
Requirements
- A love of cooking and food
- Motivation and a willingness to learn
- Team spirit and reliability
- Creativity and an interest in new ideas
- Commitment and enjoyment of working together
- A communicative, service-oriented personality
- Good knowledge of German and English
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
