To actively support our reception team, we are still looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for the upcoming summer season 2024 (start: mid-May)

YOUR TASKS:

- Contact person for our guests in all matters

- Check in and check out

- Designing the daily changing morning post and menus

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- completed training in the hotel industry

- Stress resistance and composure during busy sales periods

- Flexibility in working hours

- An interest in tourism and a love of the mountains

- ability to work independently - punctuality and honesty

- Foreign language skills in English and/or French - Identification with the company and its philosophy

- Pleasant telephone voice and eloquence

- knowledge of the hotel program PROTEL is an advantage

B2 (good intermediate level)
