Description

To actively support our kitchen team, we are still looking for a Chef de Partie/Gardemanger (m/f/d) for the coming summer season 2024

P.S.: Our hotel kitchen was completely renovated in the fall - we have been cooking in our state-of-the-art new Lohberger kitchen since winter 2022/2023.

YOUR TASKS:

- plan and organize the work tasks in the respective area

- manage and control the Commis de Partie

- proper storage and handling of all raw materials and food

- Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- completed training in the catering industry

- Specialist knowledge in upscale gastronomy

- at least 2 years of professional experience in a chef de partie position

- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience

- ability to work independently - punctuality and honesty

Language skills

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 2 Jahre
