To strengthen our team at the renowned Krumers Alpin Resort****S and at our sister property, SeeFelds B&B in Seefeld, Tyrol, we are currently seeking a dedicated: Receptionist | Front-Office Associate (m/f/d)

Requirements
Your skills:
*Excellent manners
*Confident, friendly, and engaging demeanor
*Professional appearance and positive demeanor
*Ability to work in a team
*Organizational skills Your profile:
*Very good computer and IT skills
*Proficiency with MS Office
*Experience working at a reception desk
*Fluent German and English
*Additional language skills are a plus Your responsibilities:
*Providing warm and welcoming service to our guests during their stay
*Check-in: Greeting and providing information to newly arrived guests
*Check-out: Accurate billing, invoice verification, and seeing our guests off
*Taking reservations by phone, email, and in person
*Handling guest complaints
*Maintaining guest records: constantly updating our guest data
*Communication hub with other departments
*Order and organization in the front and back office
