*Experience at reception
*Business fluent German and English
*Additional language skills are an advantage Your tasks:
*Providing warm hospitality to our guests during their stay
*Check-in: welcoming and providing information to newly arrived guests
*Check-out: Correct invoicing, invoice control, saying goodbye to our guests
*Taking reservations by phone, email, and on site
*Complaint management
*File maintenance: constantly updating our guest data
*Communication hub for other departments *Order and organization in the front and back office
