Tasks:
- Working in the front and back office
- Carrying out the check-in and check-out
- Looking after our discerning guests on the phone and on site
- Accounting and cash management

Requirements
Requirements profile
- completed vocational training in the hotel industry and professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry
- We are looking for a competent host with good organizational skills and a positive team spirit who never loses his/her smile at work
- very good written and spoken English skills
- self-confident, well-groomed and convincing winning appearance and good communication skills
- Flexibility, motivation, resilience and sociability as well as enjoyment in dealing with guests
- responsible, open-minded and a team player
- Confident use of the Protel hotel software is an absolute prerequisite, as this is essential for daily work in the hotel business.
