As a receptionist, you’re an important part of our team and the first point of contact for our guests. With warmth and professionalism, you’ll ensure that our guests feel welcome and well taken care of right from the start. You can expect a varied workday with a wide range of tasks—no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities:
- Providing warm and professional service to our guests—in person, by phone, and via email
- Handling check-in and check-out
- Receiving and processing reservations and guest inquiries
- Providing personalized service to our guests and handling guest requests and complaints
- Cashier duties and accounting
- Coordinating and communicating with the various hotel departments
- Maintaining guest records and reservations
- Actively promoting and upselling our hotel offerings
- Building personal and professional relationships with guests
- Working independently, reliably, and responsibly
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and professional experience in the upscale hotel and restaurant industry
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- In-depth knowledge of the Protel hotel software, which is an essential part of daily work at the front desk
- A strong hospitality-oriented personality with a high focus on service and quality
- Confident, well-groomed, and warm demeanor, along with excellent communication skills
- An independent, organized, and reliable work style, combined with team spirit, flexibility, and a strong commitment to the job; willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Language skills
