Servus...! at the Hotel Residenz Hochalm
To support our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Commis de Rang for the winter season 2025/2026 (also long-term for summer 2026). In the HOME of LÄSSIG at 1,110 m above sea level, directly in the ski, hiking and biking paradise in Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburger Land is our modern, regional vacation hotel of the 4 star category. The hotel has 50 rooms & suites in various categories, a restaurant with sun terrace, spa area and a hotel bar.

Requirements
Your tasks:
◾ Support in the ward
◾ Preparing drinks
◾ Serving drinks and food
◾ Mise en place work
◾ Complying with HACCP guidelines and maintaining the restaurant area
◾ Participation in internal training courses
Your profile: It would be great if you bring the following to the team:
◾ Professional experience in upscale gastronomy
◾ German & English language skills are an advantage
◾ Career changers and career starters welcome
◾ High motivation and commitment
◾ Ability to work independently
