Hello...! at the Hotel Residenz Hochalm
To support our young, dynamic team, we’re looking for a motivated and dedicated Commis de Rang to start by agreement for the upcoming 2026/2027 winter season (we’d also be happy to extend this to a long-term position for the summer of 2027). Located at 1,110 meters above sea level in the “HOME of LÄSSIG,” right in the heart of the skiing, hiking, and biking paradise of Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburg region, our modern, regionally-inspired 4-star vacation hotel is your perfect getaway. The hotel features 50 rooms and suites in various categories, a restaurant with a sun terrace, a spa area, and a hotel bar.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
◾ Assist on the ward
◾ Preparing beverages
◾ Serving drinks and food
◾ Mise en place tasks
◾ Complying with HACCP guidelines and maintaining the restaurant area
◾ Participating in internal training sessions
Your Profile: It would be great if you could bring the following to the team:
◾ Professional experience in upscale dining
◾ Knowledge of German and English is a plus
◾ Career changers and entry-level candidates are welcome
◾ High level of motivation and commitment
◾ Ability to work independently
