Requirements
We are looking for a new team member for our front desk. We are a close-knit team serving up to 60 adult guests. At the front desk, we work every day from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in two shifts. We use two main systems: Fidelio (for all confirmed bookings) and Rezeptionassistent (ncm) for correspondence (quotes and reservation confirmations). The job naturally also includes handling the entire check-in and check-out process, as well as providing on-site guest services. We check the check-in rooms for our new guests and prepare menus and morning mail for the service staff. 99.8% of our guests are German-speaking—therefore, fluent German is essential for us. Booking channels are automatically managed through an interface. This means that only special requests, messages, or booking details for online reservations need to be handled briefly.
The position is available as a part-time role (16–24 hours, for 2–3 days between Sunday and Tuesday, primarily from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM). - Willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications. The gross monthly salary offered ranges from 2,100 to 2,500 euros for full-time employment, depending on qualifications and experience. Part-time pay is prorated.
