Your responsibilities:

• Check-in/check-out: Ensure that our guests have a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Guest services: Be the first point of contact for our guests, provide them with all the information they need, and give them a warm welcome during their stay.
• Room sales: Use your knowledge and sales skills to actively market our rooms.
• Offers and reservations: Create attractive offers and reservation confirmations that will delight our guests.
• Team player: Work closely with all departments to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. 

Your profile: 

• Responsible: You enjoy taking on responsibility and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Quick comprehension: You quickly recognize the needs of our guests and act accordingly.
• Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Communicative: You are not afraid to provide our guests with warm and professional service and speak excellent German.

We need you on our reception team! You will be the competent and always friendly point of contact for our guests, attentively accompanying them throughout their stay and making them feel that they have come to the right place. You are used to working independently, but enjoy working with others and are keen to develop your skills further.
