Your responsibilities

• Creative inspiration in the daily changing evening menu and cake buffet
• Preparation and cooking of dessert creations in collaboration with the commis chef or our trainees.
• Daily mise en place for the area of responsibility
• Economical use of all food
• Quality control of manufactured products
• Maintenance of the cold storage facility and the goods
• Implementation of HACCP standards 

Your profile

• Work experience in this or a similar position
• Flexibility with regard to weekend and holiday shifts
• Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
• Friendliness and love for the job
