Requirements
- Experience in customer service and debt collection
- Excellent German language skills
- Work experience in a family-run hotel or restaurant with an à la carte restaurant and hotel guests
- Interest in food and beverages; knowledge of wine is a plus
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of interacting with guests
- A keen sense of guest service and the ability to clear tables at the right time
- Reliable mental math skills for independent cash handling and daily settlements
- Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the restaurant (e.g., dusting, window cleaning, removing cobwebs)
- Occasional support in hotel operations, e.g., handing over keys or answering phone calls when the front desk is unstaffed
- Ability to handle stress and work independently

- 5-day workweek with mostly afternoon shifts starting at 3:00 PM, occasional morning shifts
