Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and debt collection
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Work experience in a family-run hotel or restaurant with an à la carte restaurant and hotel guests
  • Interest in food and beverages; knowledge of wine is a plus
  • Friendly, well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of interacting with guests
  • A keen sense of guest service and the ability to clear tables at the right time
  • Reliable mental math skills for independent cash handling and daily settlements
  • Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the restaurant (e.g., dusting, window cleaning, removing cobwebs)
  • Occasional support in hotel operations, e.g., handing over keys or answering phone calls when the front desk is unstaffed
  • Ability to handle stress and work independently
