Description
For our Lazy Flamingo Diner in the heart of Obertauern, we are looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season.
As the right-hand person to our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work alongside our service team to ensure professional and warm guest service. You’ll manage your own station, advise our guests on food and drinks, and play a key role in making every visit to the Lazy Flamingo a special experience.
In addition to classic à la carte service, you’ll flexibly support our team across all restaurant operations and work closely with the kitchen and bar.

Requirements
- You are passionate about hospitality, and your friendly and professional demeanor ensures a first-class guest experience.
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training or have several years of professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- You have experience with à la carte service and work independently and responsibly.
- You provide our guests with expert advice on food, wine, and beverages and impress with your excellent service orientation.
- You’ll take responsibility for your own station and support our Assistant Restaurant Managers in day-to-day restaurant operations.
- You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams and maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations.
- You are characterized by team spirit, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality.
- You have a good command of German; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems (Orderman) is desirable.
- A well-groomed appearance, good manners, and a warm demeanor come naturally to you.
