Requirements
You will work as a station waiter with collections in an assigned station.
Your tasks:
-Make preparations (mise en place)
-Work on the guest (greeting, assigning seats, advising, serving)
-independent tapping at the dispensing system, mixing & preparing beverages
-Serving food and drinks
-Preparatory work for events of all kinds incl. conferences
-incidental cleaning work in the service area
