We, the G'sund & Natur Hotel DIE WASNERIN, are located in the middle of the beautiful Ausseerland, surrounded by mountains and lakes. In such a diverse region, it is no wonder that culinary delights play a central role. This is also the case at the WASNERIN, because enjoyment is known to be the best way to relax and take time out.

And that's where we come in..
...with great attention to detail and to the product, it is a matter close to our hearts, the WASNERIN kitchen team, to bring the Ausseerland to the outside world with our regional and light vitality cuisine.
Enjoyment begins early in the morning with the first sip of coffee and the first glance at the breakfast buffet. So that our guests can draw on the full range of options, we offer them numerous regional delicacies as well as vegan and vegetarian options to start the day, and since freshness is of course also a key factor for us, sausage and ham specialties are freshly sliced for our guests at the counter. Omelettes, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and the like are also prepared individually on request at the buffet. Through active communication with our guests, we are able to satisfy the tastes of even the most demanding guests. Afterwards, it is a matter of course that our guests go home with the WASNERIN feeling.

As a breakfast chef, you are one of the first points of contact for our guests in the morning. As such, you are often responsible for the first smile of the day. Our extensive and varied breakfast menu offers you one of the most varied areas of work in our kitchen. You are also welcome to contribute your own creativity and ideas to further improve our offer.

What can you expect from us?
- Work in a 15-strong kitchen team
- General breakfast duties such as setting up the breakfast buffet, preparing cheese platters, baking bread rolls, preparing fruit salads and muesli etc.
- Supervision of the egg station at the breakfast buffet and fresh preparation of hot egg dishes
- Supervision of the sausage counter and slicing of sausage and ham specialties
- Good basis for discussion with the guests
- Quality assurance of food & goods
- Lively teamwork within the department, as well as across departments
- Compliance with HACCP standards
- Exemplifying and adhering to the corporate philosophy
