Waiter/waitress with collection Service employee with collection (m/f/d)

A la carte restaurant in Leutasch near Seefeld in Tirol. We are looking for a waiter/waitress with collection for the coming winter season. Our restaurant has about 70 seats and we cook Austrian and international cuisine at a high level. The season starts around December 10th and usually ends at the end of March. We have a 6 day week with Tuesday being our day off. We do not serve breakfast, only lunch and dinner, with the evening being our main business. But as we are a non-smoking restaurant, guests don't stay seated for too long after dinner (no regulars' table). We work with 3 waiters with their own stations. All employees live with us in the house and have single rooms with shower and WC as well as TV and Wlan. As well as free meals on working days. We have a very informal working atmosphere and despite our high workload, there is no shortage of fun at work. We are looking for hard-working, friendly employees who fit in well with us, are guest-oriented and would like to work in a young team. Egotism and elbowing are out of place here. We are looking for employees who would like to make a long-term commitment and be part of something bigger.
