Waitress/Waiter with Payment Collection Responsibilities (m/f/d)

À la carte restaurant in Leutasch near Seefeld in Tyrol. We are looking for a server who can handle payments for the upcoming winter season. Our restaurant seats about 70 guests, and we serve high-end Austrian and international cuisine. Our season typically begins around December 10 and ends in late March. We have a 6-day workweek, with Tuesdays always being our day off. We do not serve breakfast, only lunch and dinner, with dinner being our main service. However, since we are a smoke-free restaurant, guests do not tend to linger too long after their meal (no regulars’ table). We operate with three waitstaff, each assigned to their own station. All employees live on the premises and have single rooms with a shower, toilet, TV, and Wi-Fi. Meals are provided free of charge on workdays. We have a very family-like work environment, and despite our heavy workload, we still have plenty of fun at work. We’re looking for capable, friendly employees who are a good fit for us, are guest-oriented, and would like to work as part of a young team. Selfishness and cutthroat competition have no place here. We’re looking for employees who are interested in making a long-term commitment and want to be part of something bigger.
