Looking for a Customer Service Representative (with or without debt collection responsibilities) for full-time or part-time positions – Join our young, friendly team!

Requirements
• Central Point of Contact for the Team: As a Chef de Rang, you are the primary point of contact for our guests and ensure that they feel completely at ease and well taken care of. You are responsible for making every visit to our restaurant an unforgettable experience—from the warm welcome to the perfect conclusion of their meal.
• Organization and Management: With great attention to detail, you manage your own service area, take orders, serve the delicacies with a smile, and respond to our guests’ requests. You always maintain a clear overview and ensure that service runs smoothly and with genuine warmth.
• Support and Collaboration: You’ll work hand in hand with your team and colleagues in the kitchen to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Your collaboration ensures that every moment is perfectly coordinated—and our guests can feel it.
• Personal Responsibility and Professional Growth: With us, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your area independently and shape it with your own personality. We offer you the chance to continuously develop and contribute your ideas to make our service even more warm and professional.
What you bring to the table:
- A warm personality who enjoys working in a team and taking on responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a clear head even in stressful situations
- A passion for open communication and collaboration as equals
- Experience in the hotel industry or the willingness to enthusiastically learn the ropes—career changers are also welcome
- Black pants and white shirts/blouses, as well as sturdy shoes (traditional attire is welcome)
