We are hiring a Chef de Rang with sommelier skills starting December 2023.
- Fixed working hours
- Lange Saison (11 Monate)
- 5 ½ days week
- Free accommodation and meals
- Responsibility for our wine warehouse

You bring with you:
- Very good knowledge of German, Italian and English
- Sommelier training
Your task:
As Chef de Rang or Sommelier you work in the service in our hotel restaurant in the early and late service. You organize your rank independently, instruct the demichef in his tasks, and look after your guests. In addition, you will take care of the wine purchase, the wine stock, the advice of the guests in the area of wine and organize wine events such as wine tastings for our guests.
The gourmet cuisine of our ***** hotel has been awarded 3 toques by Gault&Millau and accordingly relies on high quality service.
Accommodation is in single rooms with TV. Meals and accommodation are included. You will have a 5 1/2 day week and enjoy the benefits of the Dolce Vita employee club.
