Your Profile
- A passion for hospitality
- You possess genuine warmth
- Completed vocational training in the restaurant or hospitality industry is desirable
- Foreign language skills (at least English, possibly also French/Italian) can be helpful
- You enjoy working as part of a team—we’re not looking for lone wolves!

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a host
- Selling and advising customers on the selection of over 400 items on our wine list
- Selling and advising guests on the selection of our beverages in general and food items
- Assisting the service team with wine service at guests’ tables
- Handling the station’s accounts and authorized to collect payments
- Receiving and inspecting goods, as well as organizing inventory management for the wine cellar and beverage storage
- Conducting regular wine tastings with guests
- Training the service team on wine, with a particular focus on the wines we offer our guests
- Helping to design the wine list, as well as calculating costs, conducting inventory, and expanding the wine selection at Hanusel Hof
- Weekly wine recommendations for the daily changing menus; both as wine pairings and as bottle wine recommendations
- Taking reservations and processing requests for quotes
- Independently organizing and overseeing banquets and events
- Participating in wine tours with management to maintain relationships with existing winemakers and get to know new ones
- Adding a little “wow” factor to every occasion!
