Your Profile
- A passion for hospitality
- You possess genuine warmth
- Completed vocational training in the restaurant or hotel industry is desirable
- Foreign language skills (at least English, possibly also French or Italian) can be helpful

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Leading an existing young team (approx. 15 people) in collaboration with restaurant management
- Responsibility for and organization of training in the restaurant and hospitality industry
- Scheduling staff shifts and vacations, and planning professional development for the team
- Managing all aspects of the restaurant (station assignments, menu maintenance, etc.)
- Assisting with sales and advising guests on food and beverage selections
- Assisting with the service of food and beverages (including wine service and filleting whole fish)
- Settling the station’s accounts and authorization to collect payments
- Organizing orders, receiving goods, and conducting inventory checks
- Taking reservations and processing requests for quotes; managing in-house and regular guests in the restaurant
- Independently organizing and overseeing banquets and events
- Bringing your personality and a little “oho” to every occasion and every guest interaction!
