You are a master taster with a passion for fine wines and an inexhaustible curiosity for wines from all over the world. As a wine artist, you love to offer guests unforgettable culinary experiences and pamper their palates with exquisite wines. Your job is not just to recommend wines, but to create a journey through the world of aromas and flavors. You are the wine specialist who uses your expertise and passion to find the perfect wine accompaniment for every meal and offer guests an incomparable wine experience.
What you can expect
- Serving wines & drinks in the boarding house service
- Supporting work at the bar in beverage & wine service
- Mise-en-place work before & after service
- Assistance in day service
- Serving drinks & wines on the terrace & in the restaurant
- Working at the buffet
- Mise-en-place work for the stations
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Cordiality & joy in inspiring our young & old guests
- Completed vocational training & / or relevant work experience
- Good to very good wine knowledge
- Team spirit
- Confident communication in German & English; others an advantage
