What you can expect

• Collaboration in the creation of menus according to the latest standards, including sous vide cooking
• Collaboration in the implementation of the menus with the kitchen staff
• Collaboration in the roster design in consultation with the F&B management
• Assigning & supporting the posts in the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
• Quality control
• Assistance with purchasing & purchasing control
• Apprentice training
• Training of employees
