Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
- Experience in a management or deputy management position is a plus
- Proficiency in modern, creative, and classic cuisine
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost calculation
- Very good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility
- Strong communication skills and a respectful approach toward colleagues
- Enjoyment of working with a dedicated kitchen team
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
