Our regular kitchen hours
Wednesday through Sunday
- Lunch: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: lunch service only until 2:00 PM.

Requirements
Job Description – Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef
You are a trained young chef with a passion for high-quality pub cuisine and have several years of experience in the restaurant industry. As the head chef’s right-hand person, you will take on responsibility, lead the small team of four with charisma when necessary, and maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations.
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a chef
- At least 4 years of professional and industry experience
- Experience as a deputy or willingness to take on responsibility
- Confident handling of allergens and food intolerances
- High level of technical, professional, and leadership skills
- Commitment to quality and a clean, organized work style
- Ability to handle stress, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to act independently
- Creativity and a passion for contemporary pub cuisine
- High motivation to perform and a positive mindset
- Enjoyment of communication and guest interaction
- Ability to work efficiently and goal-oriented
You will stand in for the head chef on days off or in case of illness and manage the kitchen responsibly in line with our restaurant’s values.

We are offering a long-term, permanent position in our upscale restaurant kitchen with genuine career prospects and the opportunity to take on the role of head chef within the next 1–2 years. You can expect a friendly work environment within a well-coordinated team of five, fixed and predictable kitchen hours, and a secure job for those who wish to build a stable foundation for their professional and personal lives.
With the appropriate basic training, we offer an annual salary starting at €45,000, as well as additional non-monetary benefits worth approximately €15,000. These include, among other things, a small apartment and meals provided at the restaurant. Of course, we are also happy to assist with relocation. In addition, there is a clear opportunity for professional and financial growth.
