Your Responsibilities
- Assisting the head chef with the operational and organizational management of the kitchen
- Independently managing the rotisserie station
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and work practices
- Contributing to the creation of menus and daily specials, as well as inventory and warehouse management
- Standing in for the head chef in his or her absence
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team

- Completed culinary training and professional experience

- Independent, organized work style
